My Heavenly Home Organization holds U.S. and international trademark registrations in MY HEAVENLY HOME ORGANIZATION. My Heavenly Home Organization also claims common law and state trademark rights in associated names, program titles, slogans, and design marks used in connection with its charitable and humanitarian activities (collectively, the “MHHO Trademarks”).

All rights in the MHHO Trademarks are reserved by My Heavenly Home Organization. The MHHO Trademarks may not be used except to promote the charitable services of My Heavenly Home Organization and/or to raise funds on behalf of My Heavenly Home Organization and its officially recognized programs. Use of the MHHO Trademarks to raise funds for any commercial purpose and/or for any non-profit organization other than My Heavenly Home Organization is strictly prohibited.
